Frame format

In the 2008 I began studying the Distribution Data Service, this was a very interesting argument and, I thought that this was a very modern way to approach the network problem.

Receiver’s Errors 

The USART Receiver has three Error Flags: Frame Error (FE0), Data OverRun (DOR0) and Parity Error (UPE0). All can be accessed by reading UCSR0A. 

Transmission

The USART Transmitter is enabled setting the Transmit Enable (TXEN) bit in the UCSR0B Register. When the Transmitter is enabled, the normal port operation of the TxD0 pin is overridden by the USART and given the function as the Transmitter’s serial output. 

Long time ago I used Applesoft BASIC on the Apple //c, BASIC was a very limited language but it provided a lot of very interesting high level functions.

USART in Atmel AVR (ATMEGA88 and ATMEGA328P)

The main features of the USART module in the AVR micro controller are:

1.Full Duplex Operation with Independent Serial Receive and Transmit Registers

2.Asynchronous or Synchronous Operation

3.Master or Slave Clocked Synchronous Operation

4.High Resolution Baud Rate Generator

Firefox 3.5, Explorer 6 and Explorer 7 decreased their market share a lot.
